The MHC is supported by agencies, individuals and consumers from seven counties in the Hudson Valley Region of New York State who are committed to the goal of increasing both the quality and quantity of the direct support practice. The Coalition believes that quality care is a responsibility shared by all citizens and one that requires a stable, reliable and educated direct support workforce.
Our Mission
The Mid-Hudson Coalition is a consortium of individuals and organizations working to improve of the quality of services and supports for people in our communities through a ethical, highly trained and credentialed direct support workforce.
Our Vision
The Mid-Hudson Coalition envisions a society where effective community services and supports throughout the lifespan are readily accessible through a highly skilled direct support professional workforce.
